At Sky eSims, we strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our eSIM products.

Digital Product Notice

eSIMs are digital products delivered electronically. Unlike physical goods, once an eSIM profile has been installed or activated on your device, it cannot be returned or resold. Please verify device compatibility and plan details before purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent eSIM delivery or activation
  • Duplicate purchase made in error (same eSIM purchased twice)
  • eSIM not installed or activated within 30 days of purchase
  • Service not available in the destination country as advertised

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • eSIM has been installed and activated on your device
  • Data has been consumed from the eSIM plan
  • Device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked
  • Change of mind after purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@skyesims.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Regarding order cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled before the eSIM is installed on your device
  • To cancel, contact support immediately after placing your order
  • Once an eSIM is installed, cancellation is not possible

Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
